MultiClient for the Consultant

PAM QA Plus MultiClient gives the consultant another menu option that allows you to add, delete, modify and switch between separate datasets on the same computer.

The MultiClient feature also allows you to import other PAM users' datasets as additional clients to view or to modify and export back to the original user's computer, which is ideal for the consultant.

The DataMerge feature will allow you to edit the client's data and send it back to them without over writing any data that had been entered in their PAM software whilst you have had the dataset.

A standard MultiClient install comes with the ability to cater for 100 client datasets.

DataMerge for the Consultant

The DataMerge facility in PAM compliments the MultiClient features previously described. MultiClient allows you to view and report on your clients data... the DataMerge feature allows you to add to your clients data and then return that data for the client to view the additions that you have made.

It works like this...
The client logs their data out for you to add/replace the client dataset in your PAM installation, you can then carry on data entry, PocketPAM syncronisation etc.. as if it were your own main dataset.
When you have finished with the alterations and additions you simply log the data out for your client to merge back into their dataset. You can read more about the DataMerge system HERE.

PocketPAM - FieldREX for the Consultant

 

The FieldREX for PocketPAM is the latest installation for the consultant... it gives the ability to have all of your clients data with you at all times.

When in the field you are able to make recommendations directly into the client's dataset on the handheld device, the recommendation can then be printed out there and then with your portable printer... OR back at the office, you 'sync' the data to your MultiClient installation... you then log out that dataset and email it to the client for them to log in and take a look at the recommendations you have made for their operation.

Recommendations for the Consultant

Create the recommendations in PAM MultiClient - Print them out on the all new, professional Paddock Recommendations Report - Using your company logo.

Set up "Recommendation Templates" for re-use. Templates are special notes that are added to your recommendation report with 2 mouse clicks.
