Fairport Club Members Only - Log in to access product upgrades

Welcome! Fairport Club Members now have a secure and automated system to streamline the upgrading process. We will no longer be sending out password emails. All the information you need to download upgrades will appear once you have logged in. On the bottom of this screen you can check the latest version numbers of your Fairport software. You can also view the recent changes and fixes.

Please enter your email address and your FCM Number then click Login to access the Upgrades page.

But I don't know my FCM Number...?

The FCM number appears on your annual Fairport Club Membership renewal form in the format FCM 21012345. If you can't find that don't worry. There's no need to call Fairport for this number, simply do this ...
Step 1: Just enter your email address in the space provided below, then Click "Login"
Step 2: Wait a minute and you will receive an email with your FCM Number [that is if your FCM is current]
Step 3: Use your email address and the FCM Number to log in to the Upgrades Page

What if this login system isn't recognising my email address!
If your current email address is not known to the Fairport database, you will need to notify us so we can update our records and to enable you to acess the upgrades. email us here...
